Attention Games and Exercises

These brain games and exercises will help train your attention, focus & concentration. The two main aspects of attention targeted are your ability to remain alert and your ability to focus on something amidst distractions.

This easy mental exercise targets your reaction speed, or how quickly you can interpret and react to sensory information. You will be presented with one of two different stimuli (a beep or a visual flash) and you need to then press the space bar as quickly as you can.

This brain training game targets your attention and memory. You need to learn a sequence of colored shapes and then identify the points where the pattern changes. As you improve, the length and complexity of the sequences will increase.

This is a very simple yet effective brain exercise. The object of this game is to follow the moving ball with your cursor and to stay as close as possible to it’s center as it darts about. Playing Spaztik will help improve both your attention (as you have to remain alert at all times to adjust to changes in the ball’s trajectory) and your hand-eye coordination (as you have to coordinate the motion of your mouse with the movement on the screen).
